MIVIDA – Parcel 16 Twin Homes

Project Description

Mivida site is Located in New Cairo City. The project area is around 3.5 Million square meters and is located nearby the American University New Campus. The project shall comprise single and multiple-family residential units of various standards, Healthcare facilities, hotels and other supporting services.

Development of existing Architectural Schematic Design for Parcel -16 Twin Homes.

Parcel -16 Twin Homes comprise 184 Villas, two prototypes (Italian and Tuscan) 82 Italian and 92 Tuscan.

Scope of Services

Design Development, Tender and Construction Documents as well as Construction Supervision covering all works executed on site related to Parcel 16.
