Project Description

The mega-scale project involves the development of the 450-key, 7- star Crown Plaza Hotel; an upscale Family Residential House Compound (24 buildings with a built-up area of 160,000 sq m); a lake with a total built-up area of 1,000 sq m; landscape areas; and a mall with a built up area of 10,000 sq m.

Scope of Services

Construction supervision for Architectural and Structural works for the Crown Plaza Hotel. Construction supervision for Architectural and Electromechanical works for other project components.
