Project Description

Entertaining a total built up area 30,668 sq m the building is comprised of 3 schools each includes Nursery, Primary, Preparatory and Secondary. One of them is considered French with built up area of 10,135 sq m. The other school entertains a built up area of 10,461 sq m. As for the third one, it is considered an English school with built up area 10,062.

Scope of Services

Preparing Master layout, concept design for 3 schools, as well as detailed design and tender documents for the French school covering all engineering disciplines.
