Project Description

Located on the 6th to 30th floors of the Nile Plaza complex , the Four Seasons Hotel Nile Plaza 366 guest rooms and suites offer panoramic views across the Nile to the island of Zamalek and beyond, or towards the 12th-century Citadel. Renovation of the five stars hotel’s following food and beverage venues: Spice Restaurant (60 persons) and Aqua and Steaks Restaurant (60 persons)

Scope of Services

Design review, Tender Documents and Tender Action; and Construction Supervision of Architectural, Electrical, and Mechanical (HVAC, plumbing, and fire fighting) works.
