Project Description

Design Build services for CFC (Cairo Festival City) District Cooling and Cogeneration Plant with an approximate area of 3,000 sq m. Cairo Festival City is a mixed use urban development with a total development area of 400,000 sq m comprising commercial center, entertainment zone, cinema complex, restaurants and retail village. The District Cooling Plant shall service all CFC portfolios including retail mixes, residential compounds, entertainment facilities, schools, business parks, etc.

Scope of Services

Value engineering study, design, construction and quality control services as well as preparing required shop drawings and supervision for related site works.
