Strategic Planning for Six (6) Industrial Zones in Upper Egypt

Six industrial zone located in Qeft and Hou industrial zones which are in Qena governorate. The regions of West Gerga, West Tahta, AL- Ahwaiya, and Al-Kawthar in Sohag Governorate.

Scope of Services

The Scope of services covers the following Two Tasks:

Review assessment of infrastructure and development recommendations done by the infrastructure consultant and provide recommendations of on priorities of investment in infrastructure as well as identifying critical aspects.

Provide cost of investment required in electricity, roads, water and waste water, and

building of factories. Also advise on rent and land selling prices.
