The “Health Science Academy” is part of The Children Cancer Hospital 57357 (CCHE) expansion located in Magra El Oyoun, Sayeda Zeinab. The total Built up area is about 20,000 to 25,000 sq m.

The Project comprises The Administration, Admission and Enrollment Book Store, Bursar Office, Careers Counseling Center, Deans Office, Education Facilities Interactive Learning Center, Facility Offices & Lounge, Medical Library and Students Center.

Scope of Services

Concept and Schematic design review, Design Development, Construction Documents, and Construction Supervision for the following disciplines: Architecture, Interior Design, Structure, Mechanical (firefighting, plumbing, HVAC), Electrical (power, light current), Infrastructure & Landscape.
