Ayia Napa Marina

Project Description

The Project includes marine works, infrastructure and land development. The land development is comprised of residential, retail, commercial, entertainment, event centre, dry dock and government offices. The infrastructure include parking decks, external works, roads, public restrooms, security and safety services, workshops and landscaping. The marine works encompass defense breakwaters, fixed and mobile pontoon systems, essential buildings and a dry stack boat storage facility.

Scope of Services

AMG in association with TQC, Limassol, Cyprus have made together a joint integrated team to conduct Project Management  Services for Aiya Napa Marina. AMG/TQC Scope of Services include Management during Design stage, Tender Action stage, Construction stage, Substantial Completion as well as Management during Maintenance and Final Completion.
