Porto Pheonice Touristic Resort

Project Description

Port Pheonice  is a highly luxurious resort  located 35 km at South Marsa Alam International Airport with an eastern view on the Red Sea Coast with a total approximate area of 3.2 million sq m. It will be comprised of 3-star hotel with a total 750 rooms and 2,250 residential units for a total of more than 3,000 rooms. The area is characterized by its marine life such as diving and a variety of coral reefs. At the western side there are mountain chains distinguished by its wild life and fascinating natural scenes.

Scope of Services

Urban Design, Master Planning, complete design  for villas, chalets, hotel (main building + 4 wings) staff housing, retail building, theatre zone, kids club area, diving center, beach, restaurant, spa  buildings, swimming pools, sports courts, etc. for all engineering disciplines starting from concept design phase till detailed design, tender and construction documents.
