Project Description

The Smart Building is part of The Children Cancer Hospital 57357 (CCHE) expansion located in Magra El Oyoun, Sayeda Zeinab in the area adjacent to the main building of the current main Hospital building. The Smart Building Built up area is approximately 33,100 sq mlocated on a on a total foot print  area of 1,700 sq m.

The building consists of a three levels basement, ground + twelve floors, and a roof. It comprises parking, services, classrooms, science lab, auditorium, meeting rooms, admission and enrollment offices, bookstore and cafeterias.

Concept and Schematic design review, Design Development, Construction Documents, and Construction Supervision for the following disciplines: Architecture, Interior Design & Landscape.
