AIS American International School Gymnasium Building

Project Description

The currently constructed gymnasium in the AIS will be demolished and a new gymnasium will be designed and constructed. This is to make better use of the utilized areas to provide maximum efficiency. The gymnasium building comprises swimming pool, indoor playground/court, tennis tables, weightlifting area, classrooms, physical education rooms, showers, lockers, storage room, etc. All these facilities are provided in a basement, ground and mezzanine floors covered with space truss. In addition there’s an area for buses maintenance in the basement floor.

Scope of Services

Architectural, mechanical (plumbing, fire fighting and HVAC) and electrical starting from concept design passing through detailed design and tender documents.
