Project Description

Alburouj is an integrated city consists of residential units ranging from villas, townhouses, duplexes and apartment buildings as well as retail, office, educational & cultural buildings, mosque, sports club, and parks. It is located on Ismailia Desert Road. This project includes parcel N1C10 with total BUA of 106,710 sq m. It comprises the following:

Three (3) Buildings (Ground floor+5 floors) with no basement.

Eleven (11) Buildings (Ground floor+6 floors) with no basement.

Scope of Services

AMG Scope of Services shall cover full Architectural designs, specifications and drawings that are detailed enough and coordinated with the structural and MEP works to allow the issuance of accurate and well defined tenders for the construction of the project.
