Project Description

A redesign of the existing food court, aiming at increasing the function of the area as a whole and providing more satisfaction to the customers visiting the center. The renovation covers the food courts restaurants, indoor and outdoor seating, line shops, skylight, entrance gates, etc.

Scope of Services

Being the Architect of Record, covers architectural, structural and landscape works divided into various tasks as summarized: surveys, concept design services, schematic / building permit services, statutory authority approvals, detailed design, tender contract and construction documentation.
