Project Description

Located in Beni Sweif, Egypt, the confectionary factory encompassed production areas, a raw materials area, a finished goods area, an administration building, a utility building, and a 150 cu m water tank.

Scope of Services

Conceptual and detailed designs and construction documents and supervision for architectural, structural, and electromechanical works. It includes the design and construction supervision of water supply and wastewater and storm drainage infrastructure facilities. Water supply network components included water supply and fire fighting distribution systems and a water storage tank. Meanwhile, wastewater and storm drainage networks components included a sewerage network (gravity network, force main profiles), storm drainage and flood protection systems, and a sewerage pump station. In addition to the effective coordination implemented between above-mentioned networks and other utilities, water and sewer CAD hydraulic analyses were conducted.
