Project Description

The distinguished high-end residential compound encompasses clusters of residential apartment buildings and attached villas all integrated within a uniquely landscaped setting.

Scope of Services

Master planning and detailed design for Infrastructure works including design of water supply and wastewater and storm drainage networks. Water supply network components included a combined water supply and fire fighting distribution system and a water storage tank. Wastewater and storm drainage networks components included a sewerage network (gravity network and force mains profiles), storm drainage and flood protection systems, and sewerage pump stations. In addition to the effective coordination implemented between above-mentioned networks and other utilities, water CAD and sewer CAD hydraulic analysis was conducted, as well as construction supervision.
