Infrastructure for Taba Hotels Complex

Project Description

Taba Hotel Complex is composed of Avicennia and Beau Rivage Hotels. Avicennia is a 5-star hotel composed of a two-storey main building, two identical four-storey buildings (100 suites), staff housing, a swimming pool, a kids club, and a restaurant. Beau Rivage is a five-star hotel hosting a five-storey building housing 530 rooms, a three-storey building embracing 120 chalets, two swimming pools, an artificial lake, a diving center, a kids club, and a restaurant.

Scope of Services

Studies, Master Planning, concept design, detailed design, and construction supervision of all Infrastructure works including water supply network components included water supply and fire fighting distribution systems and a water storage tank. Wastewater and storm drainage networks components included a sewerage network (gravity network and force mains profiles), and sewerage pump stations. Involved the redesign and modification of a wastewater treatment plant with a capacity of 7,000 cu m/day.

In addition to the effective coordination implemented between above-mentioned networks and other utilities, a sewer CAD hydraulic analysis was conducted.
