Project Description

A waterfront landmark overlooking Dammam Bay, the cultural centre is an integral part of a comprehensive urban / coastal master plan for that area. The prepared traffic solution effectively integrated all existing project elements (including traffic components) with a series of newly developed traffic structures. The latter comprised a cross-bay geometrically designed suspension bridge that cut right through the waterfront; a 15km-20km coastal highway; a ring road; and a number of geometrically designed roads and intersections.
