Project Description

Oak Park at Ashgar Heights is located in 6th of October City, on a land plot of approximately 63,400 sq m and total BUA equals 57,000 sq m. The Project includes 16 residential blocks built on 20% of the total land area, including the following types:

Type C (No of Buildings = 5, Units/Building = 16, BUA = 3,000 sq m)

Type D (No of Buildings = 5, Units/Building = 16, BUA = 3,000 sq m)

Type H (No of Buildings = 6, Units/Building = 24, BUA = 4,500 sq m)

Construction Supervision for Architectural, Structural, Electrical, Mechanical and Infrastructure works.
