Project Description

Teleperformance Call Center Building is located in New Cairo consisting of Ground and three upper floors. The building is already constructed and operating except for the Third Floor with built-up area 6,000 sq m, for which it is required to prepare fitting out designs.

Scope of Services

Preparing an assessment report, concept design, detailed design and tender documents for all engineering disciplines (Architectural, Structural, Mechanical, Electrical and Interior Design) as well as construction supervision.
