CTC – Central Technical Control Building Railway Project

Project Description

The Central Technical Control Building will be allocated at the commercial stations and will accommodate high voltage equipments, diesel generators, fuel deposits, signaling and telecommunication and switched voltage distribution equipment (3×3.6 kVac) both to Secondary Technical Buildings and to the rest of systems in the field, such as Level Crossing (LxB), detectors, etc.

The project approximate total built up area is 1,800 sq m it comprises ground floor, first floor, second floor and roof.

Ground Floor comprising Telecommunication, Battery, UPS & Power Supply, signaling, high voltage, transformation, diesel engine, access control, and male and female clothing. First floor comprising Central Control Traffic Room, Visitor Room & VIP Gallery, CTC System Manager, Signaling Workshop, Operation Staff, Fare Collection Central Room, Security Team, Offline Data Processing, Maintenances rooms and toilets. Second Floor comprising Offices, Training room, Meeting room, Rest room and toilets.

Scope of Services

Geotechnical studies, topographical survey, detailed design for architectural, structural and electromechanical works. Scope also includes, construction permits.
