MTB – Main Technical Building Railway Project

Project Description

The project is composed of twenty (20) buildings. Type A: Ten Main Buildings and Type B: Ten Secondary Buildings will be allocated along the Cairo/Alex railway route in the following locations:  Quesna, Berket El Sabe, Tanta, Kafr El Zayat, Etay El Barrod, Damanhour, Abu Homus, Kafr El Dawar, Sidi Gaber, Arab El Raml.

The Main Building has an approximate total built up area of 555 sq m it comprises ground floor, first floor and roof.

Ground Floor comprising Telecommunication, Battery, Low voltage & UPS cable frame room, diesel engine, high voltage, MV. Transformer room, and male and female toilets. First floor comprising Local Operator, interlocking, offices, praying room, rest room and other uses.

Scope of Services

Geotechnical studies, topographical survey, detailed design for architectural, structural and electromechanical works. Scope also includes, construction permits.
