The Hotel is inside the Food Factory Complex located in El Sadat City with a total built-up area of approximately 11,000 sq m, The project consists of 3 hotels as follow:
– Foreign experts Hotel with a total 52 room & a BUA 3000 sq m
– Civilian staff Hotel with a total 72 room & a BUA 4000 sq m
– Transport company staff Hotel with a total 72 room & a BUA 4000 sq m
Scope of Services
Master Plan, full design (Architectural, Structural, Mechanical, Electrical and Interior Design), as well as Construction Supervision.
