STB – Secondary Technical Building Railway Project

Project Description

The project is composed of twenty (20) buildings. Type A: Ten Main Buildings and Type B: Ten Secondary Buildings will be allocated along the Cairo/Alex railway route in the following locations:  Quesna, Berket El Sabe, Tanta, Kafr El Zayat, Etay El Barrod, Damanhour, Abu Homus, Kafr El Dawar, Sidi Gaber, Arab El Raml.

The Secondary Building has an approximate total built up area of 140 sq m. It comprises ground floor and roof. The ground floor includes Telecommunication, Signaling and Power Supply, Battery, Step-Down Transformer room.

Scope of Services

Geotechnical studies, topographical survey, detailed design for architectural, structural and electromechanical works. Scope also includes, construction permits.
