Scope of Services: 

AMG shall provide Construction Supervision Services for Weatherford Head Office, Cairo, Egypt for duration of eight (8) Months that include, Review and monitor the Contractor’s Quality Control (QC) Plan, Review and approve Contractor’s submittals for materials for compliance with the Contract requirements, Conduct site inspections concerning materials as necessary, Review and approve the “As-Built” drawings and the “Operations and Maintenance Manuals” prepared by the Contractors in coordination with the Client. In addition, AMG shall Establish with the client, during the Completion stage, a schedule for testing, maintenance and commissioning of the construction .
