Project Description

The development is located in Jeddah, KSA comprising 4 High Rise Residential Towers, Hotel Building, Administrative Building, Mosque and 8 Storey Car Parking. The Residential Towers include 650 Residential Units & the Hotel Building contains 385 Rooms.

The Towers are located within a large podium building. The podium comprises two commercial levels and two basements of car parking that extend out to the full site boundary.

The Towers are composed of 9 to 30 typical floors above the podium.
